26 Oct 2015 - 煎豬扒開鍋,試煮一人份量飯
首次用Le Creuset黑琺瑯鑄鐵鍋,以煎豬扒開鍋,因較油可潤鍋。
接著熄火試用餘熱煎蛋。
試煮一人份量飯,加罐頭魚柳,效果不錯,水多一點或更理想。有飯焦,有少少煲仔飯感覺。
