28 Oct 2015 - 免治豬肉菜芯煲飯
繼續用Le Creuset黑琺瑯鑄鐵鍋
試煮一人份量飯,
今次在超市買了免治豬肉及菜芯
,
一開始便放煲內,蒸得太久,加上搶了飯所需水份,
效果不
理想
,飯
偏硬
。
是次亦
有飯焦,
但刮不掉
。
