18 Nov 2015 - 小唐菜仔炒牛肉
今天
用Le Creuset黑琺瑯鑄鐵鍋
,先煎牛肉塊,再將部份牛肉切片炒小唐菜仔,除
牛肉
有點過熟外
,效果理想。
