4 Nov 2015 - 豬肉、雞肉及菜煲飯

今天用Le Creuset黑琺瑯鑄鐵鍋試煮人份量飯,蒸豬肉、雞肉及菜。是次飯和水比例在1:1.7,加上仍屬偏;菜較遲放但亦焗得淋,雞肉效果不錯,豬肉則有點熟
